Advanced Visual Arts is taken in the Fall semester. It is a co-requisite to AP® Art & Design.

AP® Art & Design is taken in the Spring semester.

AP® Art & Design is a portfolio-based course, therefore the required works are created throughout both semesters.

Selection between the Drawing or 2D Art & Design portfolios will be determined within the first 6 weeks of the fall semester based on the student's chosen inquiry.
